I started documenting stock spam in October 2005, but in November 2005, the quantity of stock spam became so large that I put it on hold. In mid-May 2006 I decided to take it up again on a trial basis, limiting reports to one per day per stock, but I gave up again in mid-June 2006 as the workload was still excessive relative to the importance of the issue. Others continued to do a fine job of it -- see the links at left -- but according to statistics from spamnation, the problem peaked in 2007 and dropped off abruptly in 2008, becoming a mere trickle in 2009/10. I'm leaving this blog online as a historical reference, but I have no further plans to update it, and I've disabled comments because nobody has tried to post anything but spam comments here in a long time.

"An overheated speculators market? -Find out what the Oracle of
Omaha (Warren Buffet) thinks about commodities and energy..."

.and discover the new industry that is growing explosively!

Traditional oil and gas stocks have pulled back in the Dow's 4%
retreat over the past 3 weeks leaving investors and analysts
worried: is this the beginning of a cyclical down trend in oil
stocks and commodities?

"What the wise man does at the beginning, the fool does in the
end. any asset that has a big move based on fundamentals will
attract speculators."

the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffett, warns
investors of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. at their recent the annual
general meeting, when speaking on why he is avoiding high priced
oil, gold stocks and commodities.

If oil is too expensive for the world's smartest investor, Warren
Buffett, then why would you invest in it?

After all, you can't make real money buying what's popular now.
True investment savvy involves predicting what will become popular
tomorrow.

The billion dollar industry with skyrocketing growth for 2006 &
'07...

Traditional retail is out.

The internet has changed the way consumers shop forever.
Amazon, E-Bay and online shopping came on like gangbusters
before the few who had a unique selling proposition dominated.

Now its music's turn.

Your old music store in the mall is like a dinosaur that will
inevitably become extinct, replaced by various internet based
music download mediums.

With over 20,000 lawsuits against, the "free" downloads, sites
like Napster are a thing of the past too. The numbers support a
massive shift to BUYING music online -at an astonishing increasing
rate.

The IFIP reported that approximately 420 million single tracks
were downloaded in 2005, up more than twenty times from two years
ago -that's 2400% increase in two years!

Online music revenues are up to $US 1.1 billion globally, tripling
in value when compared to 2004, a three hundred % increase in just
over two years.

Analysts predict industry revenues at $9 billion in a short time,
overshadowing sales from your local CD store.

Last week, a small company, with little fanfare, launched its
operations in this industry with a revolutionary new concept
for paid music downloads.

A Revolution in the making..

Sound Revolution (OTCBB: SRVN)) could revolutionize the music
download industry. SRVN adds both economic and social value to
music downloads on the net, representing a true paradigm shift
from the "for profit" model".

SRVN - w w w . soundrevolution . com - is poised to become just
as attractive as "free sites" and a preferred choice to paid sites
such as i-tunes, the industry leader by Apple.

SRVN's first site w w w . charitytunes . com is causing a stir in
the industry, because a percentage of the proceeds from every
download go to a charity selected by the purchaser.

Imagine, contributing to hurricane relief, tsunami relief, earth
quake relief, just buy downloading a song from the internet,
without any additional costs to the user.

A simple concept no doubt..but truly revolutionary.

SRVN's is lining up charitable causes, major artist and celebrities
to forward its business plan.

Artists now support charities like never before - like Brad Pitt
and Angelina Jolie's recent donation to revamp a hospital in Africa.or
Bono (of U2 fame) and his tireless efforts for the world to help the
African continent.

Artists and record labels now recognize support of charitable causes
is a significant force that will be leveraged as a business tool
through Charity Tunes.

SRVN is already attracting the top talent in the world and selling
music legally at a profit to boot.

And that talent will welcome major artists, record labels and
management under its umbrella in the short term.

When Warren Buffet said "What the wise man does at the beginning, the
fool does in the end.."

he could have just as well sited this little company as an perfect
example.

With a massive industry growth rate and unique business proposition,
SRVN would be a wise buy in the beginning.

SRVN is set to be a star stock in 2006, making for an investment
comparable to Apple Computer when its industry acclaimed "i-Tunes"
music download site became popular.

AAPL shot up 500% from $10 in January '04 to $90 in January '06 -a
profit of 900%!

SRVN is sure to wake up Wall Street well after it enters the hearts
and minds of users and artists everywhere.

SRVN shareholders have made 100% returns over last week already, and
as word gets out, expect the stock price to keep up with the rapid pace
of the overall industry growth.

SRVN has just over 10 million shares outstanding (80% owned by management),
and is trading at about $1.00 on the OTCBB under the symbol SRVN.

Looks for more major movements in the stock in short term: Rating Strong
Buy. Target Short term: $2.50, 12 month: $ 6.
